back to blogging....

...I hope! Yes, we still have a couple of rooms to finish in the house; it's just getting really old, this remodeling thing. And most of the "fun" rooms are done; we have just 2 bathrooms to finish and the kitchen. The kitchen is the only one I want to help with and I want it done soon! We're still waiting for one of our cabinets to come in; I'm thinking that's why we're not moving on that room yet (or the husband is using it as an excuse, who knows?)(who cares???)

I'm not even going to try to update y'all on my life since last time I blogged. There's really so much happening. We've been busy with other things and I've had a pretty busy work schedule as well. Thank you to all who wished me a happy birthday and for those of you who still bother coming here once in a while. My goal is to blog at least twice a week; I don't want to be unrealistic and say I'll blog daily or anything like that, because I'll get discouraged as soon as I don't follow through. I'm also going to try to visit my family/friends more often.

I'm using one of my last 2 days of vacation for the fiscal year today. I've got a lunch planned, then the rest of the day free. It's a beautiful day outside, but what I think I really want to do is spend time on my dear ol' computer; I know it misses ME as much as I miss it! =)
